Structure of the National Thought Leadership Group .

The National Core Thought Leaders Group would be gender-neutral and the sole criterion of selection would be merit, achievement and depth of personality. These would be segmented into:

The CORE -12 people (may vary)
The Core-Extended Group - 100 (may vary)

The Core-100 would be bifurcated to smaller groups each catering to given area(s) of the socio-economic-geopolitical spectrum of the nation and attached to, and overseen by the Core-12 Group.

The Core-Extended Groups (100) would from the Party’s think tanks working on various but key socio-economic-geopolitical segments that function within society and be tasked with:

a)Taking an overview of the macro-picture of where the nation is placed within a given segment of the Global socio-economic-geopolitical situation and environment at any given point of time.

b) Where the nation is placed in all of the functional socio-economic- political-religious segments of society
c) Establishing inter-linkages between these segments
d) Identifying the issues and problems across the economic-social- interreligious-technological-political interplays and other relevant areas

f) Proposing and Framing Solution Oriented Strategies for discussion across society leading to Policy framing for good and relevant   Governance.

The Core Thought Leadership Group would be connected to and would oversee:

PLANS BOARD GROUPS in functional Areas comprising individuals experienced in their respective fields (and including Thought Leaders – Think Tanks).

These would in turn form and oversee IMPLEMENTATION BOARD GROUPS that are tasked with preparing the party organs to have effective implementation methodologies in place when the party is not in power and to coordinating with the government implementation bodes when the party is in power. These would reflect each interactive matrix of distinct major area(s) of national activity, combined in holistic and relevant links.


At the time of formation of the Party the Organizational Core Thought Group or Centre would be formed and be known as the Core-12 Thought Leaders Group at the Centre.

These would, in turn, be connected to up to 100 people drawn from all relevant experience or expertise fields as identified to form the CORE NATIONAL THOUGHT LEADERS ARCHITECTURE (THE THINK TANKS)

These would be split into Core Expertise or Area Groups in predetermined numbers.

The effort would be to pull in absolutely the best people to form and build he the Core National, Regional, State, District and Village / Village Cluster Leadership Groups whose profiles would demonstrate the highest integrity. The Party would pick people with suitable qualities and experience from the global pool of Indians (or including international talent), including NRI’s; though a preferred weightage would be given to Indian Citizens resident in India to constitute at least 75-85% of such groups.

Once the Party has fought elections, an appropriate percentage of the Plans Board Groups, Implementation Groups would be drawn from members of Parliament of the party and the extended State Core Groups would have at least one member drawn from the State Legislatures

At Formation of the Party and Initially, the following would form the Core-12 Thought Leaders Group:

Plus, ten members of high integrity, picked from a cross section of the public who between them will bring knowledge and expertise in critical domains including the:


Economic and Finance

Agriculture and Food chain technologies

Industry and Business

Technological domain

Future Impact Technologies

Research and Innovation
Social Media domain

Environment and Energy domain

Defense domain

Foreign Policy domain

Civilization and Neighborhood Domain

Individuals demonstrating multiple domain knowledge and / or experience would be preferred

There would be no compromise on the integrity and ethics of such people who are selected to form the Party’s Core Groups down the line.

The Extended Core Group of 100 would have a similar mix of people.

The main Responsibility matrix of the Core Groups would include:

  1. Being the Focus Groups for discussions towards the framing of Policies that are rooted in the national narrative with the view to holistic development while balancing conflicting interests, where these are apparent.
  2. Overseeing the Party’s functioning across all sections and domains
  3. Ensuring that the best people are picked and nurtured across all domains
  4. Overseeing the Implementation Groups activities through periodic meetings and reviews
  5. Ensuring the Government formed by the Party on winning elections stays within the Party’s election narrative and commitments
  6. In case of any variation due to circumstances or facts or data being available on forming Government, that was not available due to reasons of national secrecy or interest, these changed circumstances leading to Policy variations are taken up to either; bring these in-line to the extent possible
  7. Or alternatively, to go back and explain to the electorate as to why a commitment made at elections has to be amended or not met.
  8. All activities of the various Groups would be framed within the Indian Civilizational and social narrative and not to Western thought and interests, even as they take the best from the West and elsewhere within the proviso that these suit the Indian contexts.
