The party adopts an organizational structure that is underpinned by the following guiding principles:
a)Flat and open access across Leadership Levels inbuilt into the architecture
b) A Party Organization built in a structure that is Circular such that when layered in concentric circles flowing outward from the Core or Centre, it is seen as a cone wherein the Centre or bottom is the Apex and each outer concentric circle layer is interconnecting each segment to each other relevant segment, vertically and horizontally, such that there is no blockage of thinking, operations and communication flow within the different functional planning and execution arms.
c) The classic Pyramid hierarchy that creates power elites in an up- down fashion is to be structurally eliminated from the party to whatever extent possible within the “nature of nature” human narrative. Illustration below (TO BE IMPROVED):
If we draw lines, half or one centimeter apart, from the center to the circumference of the outmost circle it would result in arc-segments across the illustration from the center to the circumference. Each of these Arch’s would form an organization segment linking the outmost periphery or circumference, to the Core or the Centre. Each Arc would comprise, from the outmost circle, an area of activity leading to the core through all the various linkages related to that particular activity or area at the outermost circle.
Example: outermost area Agriculture / village, linked next to circle segment Environment and Conservation, to next circle segment Water resources, to next circle segment Energy and Power and so on.
This architecture is open to debate and amendment and if found to be too new, untested or complicated, the Party can revert to the traditional organization structure models but not lose the aim of framing functional architecture that is holistic, interconnected, practical and efficient.
The Cascading and interconnected Party Architecture is designed to bring each unit or segment of the Indian socio-economic unit from the smallest village to the area (tehsil or other area configuration identified or targeted to become a viable planning and development unit and would incorporate and / or comprise connected areas of activity; from the outermost circumference, to the inner core that forms and reflects the party leadership.
d) The Village unit to the inner Core or Center of the organizational organism and its functional groups which would function on the same pattern as the Central Plans Board Groups, Central Implementation Board Groups and Central Audit Groups. These would be further structured to reflect the architecture right to the root or base level of socio-economic units as reflected in the national functional life and would include the following levels:
The Village / Village Cluster Plans Board, Implementation Board and Audit Groups incorporating individuals who are active at Panchayat levels who have a reputation for integrity and public service, within its functional architecture.
These village cluster groups would be progressively amalgamated within the next and higher level organizational architecture and to the larger functional units such as Tehsil / Taluk Level Plans and Implementation Board and Audit Groups as applicable, which in turn would be amalgamated with:
District Plans and Implementation Board and Audit Groups
State Plans and Implementation Board and Audit Groups
Regional Plans and Implementation Board and Audit Groups and
The National Plans Board, Implementation Board and Audit Core Groups
It is to be borne in mind that at inception, and till otherwise amended, all down the line, the Party Board-Group architecture would follow the notified geographic or administrative markers or area of the government units of the country for ease of understanding and management.
e) REPRESENTATION AND INTEGRATION OF THE LOWER SOCIO- ECONOMC GROUPS IN THE PARTY ARCHITECTURE:
Individuals shall be drawn from Members who fall in the lowest socio-economic segment of the society and these shall be formed into functional Groups within the Party at all levels, from the village up. These groups will be tasked to fill in the leadership with the real ground situation amongst the most disadvantaged segments of the Indian population, those segment that have no say, influence or role in the framing of any political party’s functional model or policy making, except as propaganda for votes. These will be identified by a database specifically catering to people in the income level from 0 to 10,000 per month as individual income or 25,000 as family income.
This segment of population will need to be attended with matter of extreme urgency within the party’s deliberations and in framing policies of the uplifting of the lowest socio-economic segment rapidly through comprehensive holistic models encompassing education, skills, and entrepreneurial inputs
After the party has gained power in India and these members will become the lead points for the action the party amongst these socio-economic segments to assist in the implementation and audit of government initiatives. They would become lead points to reach out to the wider public who are non-members of the party.
The Party will also earmark funds as available to train these segments to undertake the routine work of the party and in spreading the message across the lowest socio-economic segments of the party’s functioning and of the opportunities being made available.
Special cells will be set up to cater to complaints that might come from this socioeconomic segment of bad experiences that they may be having with the government department or in terms of not receiving their due share of the national funds, especially in social uplifting schemes, and social protective nets designed for the lower social economic segments.
A trust fund would be established particularly for the socio-economic segment for contributions from other richer party members for social work for these people and rich philanthropists who may wish to contribute to uplifting these groups through various initiatives.
Membership cells or groups focused on the disadvantaged socio-economic groups to take in the designated backward classes are to be formed within all segments of the party organization architecture and would rest within each layer of its functioning.
THE ORGANIZATIONAL CORE OR CENTER (Traditionally known as the Party Central Committee) would be split into Three Segments throughout the Party organization architecture at all denominated and relevant levels with an extra non-executive layer comprising the Party’s Think-Tanks or Thought-Leadership, at the center or Core, as laid out below:
THE PARTY’S THOUGHT LEADERSHIP (Think Tank) – AT CENTRE: This comprises the layer that would sit at the center of the party architecture and frame the intellectual core while also functioning as an oversight of the party’ functioning at the very heart of the Party’s organization structure. It is conceptualized as a non-executive body to ensure that the party’s vision, mission and values are not compromised by the functional executive at anypoint of time.
These may not have any executive duties but will be made up of the best minds that the party can muster from across disciplines from with the country and abroad. The Thought Leadership Groups may comprise of individuals who are not Party members, but they cannot be members of any other political party. It would be preferred that they join the party, and they would include individuals who are:
As stated, each of these Groups would be mirrored in their architecture and mandates across all levels including at Regional, State, District and where practical and possible Village / Village Cluster levels across the nation.
